LISTEN: Pleaser Share New Single “Degrade”
The Louisville duo’s forthcoming album, Read the Room, out on May 3rd

Louisville, KY-based alternative rock duo Pleaser are thrilled to release their new single “Degrade” that is out now.
This is the second single off their new album Read the Room which comes out on May 3rd. They recently released the first single “Always Looking In” last month now along with the music video that can be viewed here.

“’Degrade’ was one of those songs that just came together in about a day,” the band said in a statement about the new single. “That day happens to be a pivotal day for us and the lyrics directly reflect it. 14 hours in the studio put this track together. Full of light and shade, Degrade takes the average pop tune and gives it a run for its money. We had a lot of fun playing with polyrhythms and writing in surprises. ‘Degrade’ is a bit progressive, but it’s dressed as pop, so we hope you enjoy it as much as we enjoyed writing it.”
Fans of both Yellowcard and The Mars Volta will no doubt appreciate whay Collin Bennett (vocals/rhythm guitar) and Graham Dickson (vocals/lead guitar) have in store for their fast growing fanbase.
